Salary Catering Assistant job:

• GBP 10-15 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• As needed, clean and sanitize all surfaces, appliances, and fabrics in the kitchen; maintain a spotless servery and dining room; wash and disinfect all furniture.
• Maintaining equipment and fixtures that break down or become unclean beyond what is acceptable by routine cleaning and reporting the problem
• Making and delivering a variety of foods
• Gets the dining and service spaces ready.
• Distribute food stockpiles according to demand.
• Prior to stock running out, inform the Chef of the food and kitchen needs for ordering.
• Moving heavy appliances and loading the dishwasher and other kitchen appliances
• Restocking bins and transporting refugees to main shelter bins at both locations
