Job Duties and Summary:

• In order to affect and shape the local response to serious violence,
• you will be dedicated to offering opportunities for community and youth involvement that are real, helpful, and long-lasting.
• You will take the lead in persuading the larger partnership to embrace effective co-production practices by using your abilities to interact and collaborate with a wide variety of young people, community groups, and organizations from across sectors.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• A Level or higher education, relevant experience, and proficiency in using computers are all requirements for this position.
• Extensive background in the non-profit sector (or a similar field) directing initiatives and implementing involvement and co-production techniques
• Proven track record of establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with local communities and young people and working together effectively to achieve shared goals
