Job Duties and Summary:

  • Develop, organize, and lead many classes
  • Make sure you’ve thought out your lesson plans and course resources.
  • Evaluate and track the development of students Hold a relevant degree
  • Ideally, you will hold a CELTA or other Level 5 certification.
  • Possess good organizational and problem-solving skills Possess experience teaching students who are not native English speakers
  • hold or be willing to pursue a postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE) (Gower College Swansea has its own PGCE curriculum)

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

  • There are 46 (prorated) days of vacation, plus bank holidays, and the university is closed for two weeks during Christmas.
