Along with the House Parent, Eton Activity Leaders play a vital role in providing pastoral care to our children. When students have pastoral or welfare concerns, the Eton Activity Leaders are usually the ones who students will speak with initially. So, it’s crucial that they know how to connect with kids and teens in a way that’s safe, encouraging, and trustworthy.

Job Duties and Summary:

• Paying for the DBS check

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Create, organize, and direct events and activities
• Guide student groups on field trips according to the schedule
• Follow all protocols and guidelines for health and safety, particularly those pertaining to COVID and risk assessments.
• Assistance with airport transportation for students arriving and departing
• Be available for overnight shifts no less than three times weekly.
