Salary Factory Retail Lead Ambassador job:

• SAR 15-20 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Set an example for the Ambassadors to follow.
• Help with opening and closing procedures, making sure all necessary items are checked off the list.
• Help the on-duty warehouse manager take care of the Back of the House Ambassadors’ lunch and break requests. Consistently cover all shifts as needed to meet company demands and adhere to daily schedule.
• Help Ambassadors with all aspects of shipping and point-of-sale transactions, such as voids, returns, refunds, out-of-stocks, etc.
• Provide Back of House Ambassadors with up-to-date information about products, stock levels, and inventory tracking using our system.
• Resolve shipping and guest experience recovery concerns promptly by utilizing your best judgment and following guest service guidelines.
• In these types of situations, engage the Associate Manager(s) as needed.
• Ensure adherence to visual standards and plan-o-grams established by the Visual Merchandise Manager and Planners, with oversight from Associate Managers.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Keep all sizes of essential commodities and best-selling products in stock and visible on the sales floor at all times.
• Before putting items on display for sale, finalize any pricing adjustments and ticket merchandise.
• Give a hand and keep everything in its place so that storage can run smoothly.
• Maintaining safety and standards in the stockroom requires strict adherence to established store processes.
• You are responsible for your own loading and unloading of all goods, including furniture, visual fixtures, equipment, drinks, and any other materials needed for running the business.
• Ensure that goods, supplies, and materials are delivered and distributed to the correct storage locations.
• Assists in planning and carrying out the biannual inventory as well as conducting scheduled inventory updates and cycle counts.
• Respond to guest inquiries and radio calls to assist associate managers.
• The associate manager(s) or store manager may allocate additional responsibilities.
