Job Duties and Summary:

• Keep the Village’s (or any other firm property’s) gardens and grounds neat, tidy, and attractive according to the agreed upon design.
• Taking care of any grassy areas by mowing, trimming, weeding, fixing, and feeding as needed.
• Keeping all shrubs and trees in good condition by doing things like trimming, pruning, and checking their stability.
• Keeping well-kept flower gardens, border plants, hanging baskets, and houseplants in good condition.
• As part of routine maintenance, you may expect cleaning, weeding, litter pick-up, and leaf raking on all paved areas.
• In charge of maintaining order in the tool sheds and other storage spaces, as well as the garden tools and equipment.
• Providing basic maintenance assistance and decorating support to the Maintenance Operative as needed.
