We are seeking individuals that excel at providing excellent customer service, possess flexible availability, and have a passion for working in the tourism business. Our training program is second to none! This position would have the Customer Service Coordinator as its immediate supervisor.

Salary:

• CAD 20-25 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Meeting and greeting customers
• Adhering to the check-in policies and procedures of each airline
• Possess the necessary access authorizations
• Offer first-class or priority seating passengers grooming services before takeoff.
• Handle boarding passengers in accordance with airline protocols
• Capacity to regularly lift objects weighing up to 70 pounds (32 kg)
• Gaining familiarity with the necessary travel documents and maximum baggage sizes
• Cooperating fruitfully with airline employees
• Make sure that passengers are aware of and abide by all airport and airline policies and procedures.
• Acquire the skill of bridging an airplane in certain instances
• Other responsibilities as needed

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• It would be beneficial to have prior expertise in customer service.
• Having worked at an airport before would be a plus.
• Adaptable schedule to accommodate early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Powerful verbal and written expression
