Job Duties and Summary:

• Request the retrieval and transmission of customer data and records.
• Inquiries related to customer service
• Continuing to provide top-tier account service
• Ensuring compliance delivery and storage of customer records through daily record management and security measures
• Document management, processing and retrieval of important customer requests, and
• Interacting with computers, scanners, PCs, and other related apparatus.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Needed for a Car Licence
• Superior ability to assist clients
• Possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills; confidently connect with clients at all levels; consistently deliver high-quality work;
• Keep yourself clean and in good physical condition to do manual handling jobs.
• Be proficient at using computers
• Possessing warehouse and/or transportation experience is beneficial, though not required
• Ability to multitask, perform effectively under pressure, and contribute positively to a team
