Job Duties and Summary:

• Offering first-rate support to our clients, making sure they are completely satisfied, and making the most of all sales chances.
• Take in all arriving products and deliveries, check them, and make careful notes of your findings.
• Arrange and keep track of stock, making sure everything is properly labeled and stored according to business policy.
• Sort, pack, and ready for shipment orders in a timely manner while maintaining strict order correctness.
• Make sure deliveries are made on time by coordinating with delivery companies.
• General administrative duties as needed.
• Proven expertise working with the public in a variety of customer service roles, preferably gained through a background in the trades or industry.
• A strong desire to meet or exceed sales goals while offering outstanding customer service
• Flexibility, a can-do attitude, and the capacity to adjust Proficiency in working safely, taking responsibility, acting ethically, and treating others with respect
• Proven proficiency in working both individually and as part of a team
• Competence in conducting precise inventory counts while paying close attention to detail
• Competence in using computers
• Physically and mentally prepared to spend the most of each workday standing and moving about quickly.
