This role will include heavy combination vehicle driving, customer assistance, pit supervision, and site and vehicle maintenance in order to ensure the smooth running of the Whitehorse Recycling and Waste Centre (the Centre).

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• A valid driver’s license in accordance with VicRoads’ regulations, with the required endorsements for operating a Heavy Combination vehicle. Extensive track
• record of success behind the wheel of a large combination articulated vehicle.
• Proven knowledge of truck mechanics and the ability to perform standard maintenance procedures like changing tires and applying oil.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as a front-end loader, forklift, or similar machines.
• Ability to create and sustain a secure working and public area is a must.
• Possession of skills necessary to give excellent, person-to-person client service
