The Operational Logistics Group is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Officer to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time post based in Horsham (with occasional travel to other AV locations in Victoria).In addition to your outstanding analytic skills, you should be able to work flexibly within strict time constraints and in accordance with periodic needs.

In addition, you’ll need to have familiarity with Microsoft Office and be dedicated to continuous education and learning in order to stay up with the rapidly evolving nature of technology in the automotive business.

Salary Fleet Maintenance Officer job:

• AUD 20-30 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Make notes and keep track of vehicles with the help of the FMIS (Fleet Management Information System),
• Schedule and assign tasks in the AV service center to maintain vehicle availability.
• Contribute as needed to processes including vehicle upkeep,
• Refer to the AV-specific service schedule to make sure your vehicle is always in tip-top shape.
• Provide basic maintenance and repair services for radios, telephones, and related devices.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Car Technician Experience and qualifications working with diesel-powered vehicles are preferred.
• Prior work experience equivalent to two years after qualification is preferred.
• Capacity to foster a spirit of teamwork in order to maximise output,
• Valid Victorian driver’s license (valid for the current year).
