• UAE 20-30 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Always arrives on time for work while wearing the hotel uniform and name badge.
• Makes sure that coworkers are neat, dressed appropriately, and arrive at work on time by checking their name badges and uniforms.
• Consistently delivers training and service in a professional and kind manner.
• Maintains continual vigil over specified locations, such as guest rooms, hallways, service rooms, elevators, trash cans, and linen and garbage chutes, to ensure that room attendants are providing enough service and cleaning.
• Checks in with the appropriate departments and coworkers to make sure they have received and understood any revised procedures.
• Makes plans for thorough cleanings and makes sure they get done.
• Keeps ourselves apprised of the company’s Quality Policy, as well as its Vision, Mission Statement, and Guiding Principles, and works to incorporate them into our job every day.
• Coordinates with engineering to guarantee prompt repair of all equipment and that it is always in good working condition.
• Coordinates with several divisions to guarantee that customers are provided with exceptional service.
• Makes ensuring keys are handled safely.
• Takes command of the relevant shifts.
• Comprehends the Departmental Performance Plan, conveys it effectively, and checks that all coworkers have grasped its contents.
• Trains and retrains coworkers as needed to meet hotel standards.
• Test new processes and propose enhancements to existing ones in designated domains
• Keeps all housekeeping equipment clean and in good shape, and arranges for any repairs or preventative maintenance that may required.
• Verifies that all room service employees are cleaning the rooms using only authorized tools, chemicals, and techniques.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Ensures that cleaning, linen, and guest supply inventory completed on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Performs a thorough handover at the conclusion of each shift, making note of any pertinent details or requests.
• Keeps track of when inconsistencies notified.
• Assist the Assistant Housekeeper or someone designated by them with briefings needed.
• Quickly notifies authorities of any questionable activity
• Notices when things are broken or disappear
• Ensures that others are trained on the hotel’s key control system and follows all policies and procedures.
• Reports misplaced items to housekeeping in accordance with established protocols.
• Follows all fire and safety protocols to the letter.
• Ensure that the floor-mounted fire escape signs is clean and in good repair.
• Maintains a safe working environment in all designated areas.
