Salary Food Service Worker job:

• CAD 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Properly package, date, and rotate foods before storing them in specified areas to ensure food safety.
• Every day, arrange products for sale.
• Carry out general cleaning tasks; gather and dispose of waste at specified locations.
• Allocate materials, implements, and transportable machinery.
• To guarantee correct quality, serving temperatures, and consistent portion control, use recognized food recipes and production standards. If
• the temperature of the dish is not within the allowed range, inform the cooks.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to clients by adhering to established procedures.
• Assist customers with their issues and communicate details to management.
• Make sure that all safety and sanitary regulations are followed.
• Help customers in whatever way you can, from ringing up purchases to assisting customers in line.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Certification at the FoodSafe Level 1.
• Possessing experience with a cash register would be a plus.
• You will have an advantage if you have prior expertise serving food in a healthcare setting, hotel, restaurant, or fast food joint.
• Physical ability to carry out the obligations of the employment.
