Job Duties and Summary:

• Perform tasks related to the preparation, assembly, and disassembly of materials for promotional displays and events hosted by the Region.
• Help in sourcing, transporting, assembling, and arranging furniture and other materials needed for administration, training, and course delivery.
• Participate in the transportation, storage, retrieval, and/or delivery (as needed) of materials, tools, and other assets to various sites within the Region.
• Cleaning and maintaining facilities and equipment used in the course of daily work is part of this responsibility.
• Assist the Region staff in times of emergency by taking responsibility for ensuring a clean and safe workplace.
• Possibility to take part in on-call or after-hours lock-up rosters.
• Check that routine tasks don’t conflict with company operations.
• Aid in the enhancement of company procedures and policies.
• Perform various tasks related to general labour, maintenance, and groundskeeping as needed

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Capability to operate within established workload constraints by carefully planning and executing a variety of tasks.
• Having knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly learn, basic labour, maintenance, and workplace procedures, as well as minimal grounds care abilities and familiarity with common retail pickup and delivery procedures.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining productive connections with coworkers and clients while demanding little in the way of micromanagement.
