Job Duties and Summary:

• Discuss work orders and customer service needs with Service Advisor Associates.
• Find the tires and supplies listed on the work order in the warehouse’s inventory, bring the
• customer’s vehicle inside, and set it up on a lift or jacks so that you may work on the tires there.
• Manage the inward and outbound flow of goods with precision.
• Communicate with consumers in a courteous and professional manner to inform them of service details and any extra service maintenance that has been detected.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• A desire to acquire tire knowledge
• License to drive legally with no points on record
• Competent with machines and familiar with vehicle maintenance and service procedures
• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a courteous and competent way
• Keep your chin up and your dedication to your job and the firm strong.
