Salary Restaurant Manager job:

• CAD 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Supervise and record the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, offering support as needed
• Assist with all budgeting activities to ensure maximum profitability
• Back the Fundamental Principles of Tap & Barrel
• Work in tandem with upper-level management to prepare for and anticipate production needs.
• Manage and enhance customer service interactions (welcoming, informing, and processing payments)
• Formulate plans to increase revenue and delight customers.
• Help with party and event planning, promotion, and execution
• Manage and oversee the operations of over a hundred front-of-house employees.
• Arrange and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as needed
• Provide staff and customers with menu information
• Staffing Tap & Barrel through hiring, recruiting, and training Handle any and all complaints from employees and customers

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Managing a full-service restaurant for a minimum of two years
• Adaptability to changing shifts and accommodating work schedules
• Skills in organizing, prioritizing, and handling multiple tasks at once
