Job Duties and Summary:

• Installs and pulls Artificial Lifts (ALs), conducts routine inspections and troubleshooting, and works under general supervision.
• Trains and assists customer staff on how to use ALs correctly and provide technical support when needed.
• Assesses and fixes basic well production issues; tests and splices cables; and fixes and maintains AL equipment.
• Completes necessary documentation, such as IFTA reports, time sheets (billable and non-billable), and mileage logs.
• Provides orientation and ongoing coaching to new employees.
• Works to raise environmental and safety consciousness, and follows all relevant environmental and safety policies and regulations.
• Makes sure everything is in order in terms of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE).
• The mechanical condition of the field transportation truck must be maintained.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Requirement: completion of high school or its equivalent
• Experience in Artificial Lift Operations of at least three years is preferred.
• Able can move up to sixty pounds
• Competent enough to pass drug, physical, and background checks
• Able to follow simple written and verbal directions
• Capable of carrying out simple mathematical computations
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, put in long hours without breaks, respond quickly to emergencies, and endure harsh weather.
• Ensures productive relationships with coworkers
