• Service Technician

Salary Service Technician:

• AUD 20-30 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Mechanical Trade Certification that is Recognized in Australia
• Supervising, guiding, and educating a group of people, however Boosting workshop output and efficiency via process optimization
• Help with day-to-day challenges, as well as planning forward and adjusting to customer needs
• Hold talks before the shift begins
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and plan the workshop’s flow.
• Maintain efficient operations by communicating with clients and any outside parties as needed.
• Keep everyone on the job site safe and promote a safety culture that everyone follows.
• Make it a priority to enhance the workshop’s organization and efficiency on an ongoing basis without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines.
• On occasion, you may need to train the team or provide them technical advice.
• Make sure everything is back where it belongs so the project can be finished.
