Salary Warehouse Team Lead:

  • CAD 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

  • To aid in the management of a well-oiled warehouse that meets both operational and customer demands.
  • Making sure the receiving process runs smoothly and accurately
  • Overseeing stock to guarantee precision
  • Handling reports of production issues
  • Providing direction and training to warehouse workers
  • Putting an emphasis on enhancing processes
  • Keeping equipment and vehicles in good working order

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

  • Background in leadership
  • Superb management and communication abilities with staff
  • Possess strong PC and Microsoft Office skills; warehousing experience a plus
  • An advantage is knowing lean approaches.
