In your role as Bell Attendant, you will help the hotel achieve its goals of providing exceptional service to guests and maintaining a healthy bottom line by handling their bags, putting them in storage, and attending to any other requests they may have. Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive and depart from their rooms and accompany them as needed.
• Collect and transfer guest bags
• Check in with visitors and show them around their rooms.
• Always be prompt, cordial, and thorough while responding to guests’ questions and demands.
• Maintain order and proper storage of bags in accordance with established protocols.
• Help keep equipment in working order and ensure its aesthetics and functionality
