Job Duties and Summary:

• Meet with the concierge supervisor to go over the daily event sheet.
• Carefully retrieve guests’ belongings from moving vehicles (buses, vans, and carts).
• Drive the bell cart through the lobby, the guest rooms, and any other designated places.
• Maintaining a constant state of standing, carrying, and walking is essential for the whole shift.
• Always double-check the quantity of bags loaded or unloaded before letting the vehicle go, and make sure the visitor is in the correct vehicle at all times.
• Make sure all bags are labeled and returned to their respective rooms on time.
• As you lead guests to their rooms or other designated areas, make sure to indicate any potential exits in case of an emergency.
• Check the public spaces visually for cleanliness, functionality, and safety issues; report anything out of the ordinary to the relevant department.
• At all times, ensure that the public areas and the luggage room are clean and well-organized. Keep all machinery in proper operating condition.
• Make sure to document any visitor requests on the visitor Call Sheet and address them quickly.
• Return a call within three rings at the latest. Respond with your name, be clear, and use a nice voice.
