• AED 20-25 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• To devote oneself to providing exceptional service and making an effort to get to know guests.
• Maintain a visible presence in the hotel lobby and greet customers with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Communicate guest needs and special requests to the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen.
• Seize the chance to wow your visitors.
• Knowledge of available leisure pursuits in the area
• Know everything there is to know about the hotel and the surrounding area.
• See what’s going on with the hotel, such as guests, events, and special guests.
• Review log book, verify outstanding and follow up pending. Find out whether today has any unusual requirements.
• knows what goes on in the hotel each day and how each amenity works.
• Always maintain the appropriate level of grooming.
• Exhibit the highest levels of collaboration and courtesy within the team and with other divisions.
• Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with OSM Standards and the Company’s Values and Core Behaviours.
• If there are any problems, please inform IT or Engineering.
• Handle concerns from guests and submit them to management.
• Exhibit the utmost level of teamwork and respect both within and outside of your department.
• Make sure all bags are taken care of quickly and safely when guests check in, while they’re staying there, when they check out, and when they’re stored.
• Put a baggage claim tag on each piece of luggage.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Please use the hotel’s designated parking lot for guest and visitor vehicles.
• Resolve guest concerns/requests and coordinate immediate follow-up with relevant departments.
• Manage the distribution of room keys and maintain strict control over guest safety.
• Please notify the Concierge of any unexpected occurrences or special needs.
• Each visitor is picked up in a spotless vehicle.
• Identify the desired destination before taking the guest there.
• We cannot afford to take a guest to the wrong location, so please be sure you know the quickest route there.
• Maintaining a spotless appearance and acting professionally at all times is mandatory.
• Please observe posted speed limits and traffic signs.
• Inquire as to whether or not the guest would like the radio, CD player, or air conditioner on, and turn them off if so.
• Help guests with their bags, both when they’re getting into the car and when they’re getting out.
• Don’t talk too much to the guest; if you can see they’re in the mood, talk about nice things like Dubai or world topics, sports, but stay away from contentious issues like politics.
• Don’t talk negatively about the establishment, other visitors, or the competition.
• Keep the gas tank at a constant level.
• BRITISH LICENSE FOR USE IN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
• Have previous experience as a driver or doorman
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
