CCTV Controller job responsibilities

CCTV Controller job responsibilities are as below:

• Make sure everything in the Security Operation is done in accordance with Aramex’s security rules and procedures.
• Reports of events and/or accidents are received, investigated, and ultimately resolved.
• Keep all CCTV equipment and records up to date and in perfect functioning order.
• It is important to keep an eye on the guards’ rotation and deployment.
• Use a military-style radio or other means of communication to give orders to guards.
• Make sure the HR records show they have received training in handling emergency situations.
• Familiarity with fire detection and suppression systems and the whereabouts of alarms

Applying job requirements

Below are the job requirements:

• Degree from an accredited university or junior college required.
• Competent Use of English.
• Word, Excel, and Outlook are all Microsoft applications.
• CCTV operator certification from an accredited institution or police agency, as well as First Aid and Fire Safety Instructor certifications.
• It is preferred that the candidate have worked as a CCTV Controller for at least three years, preferably in a well-established company.
