Job Duties and Summary:

  • Follow scripts to answer incoming calls from customers and make outbound calls.
  • Appointments should be scheduled according to available times.
  • Assist consumers, respond to their questions, and resolve their issues.
  • Assure clients and address their concerns promptly in the event of post-installation feedback.
  • Complete data entry tasks related to the role.
  • Assist service technicians in the field.
  • Thoroughly record all financial dealings using a variety of applications.
  • Additionally, perform other tasks as directed.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

  • Has worked in customer service for two years.
  • Working knowledge of call centers is an asset.
  • Superb abilities in assisting customers are a must.
  • Superb abilities in both written and spoken expression.
  • You need to be able to break down difficult problems for clients and offer them simple solutions.
  • Good multitasking skills are a must.
  • Solid abilities in data entry.
  • All shifts, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Saturdays as well, must be open for candidates.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance are required.
  • Age requirement: 18 and over.
  • Very competent in using Microsoft Office.
  • Capable of following both verbal and written directions for work.
  • Appropriate, professional, and cooperative communication skills with people are a must.
  • Complies with all rules and regulations set down by the organization.
  • Flexible with my schedule and available on weekends.
  • Possess exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
