Job Duties and Summary:
- Treet the customers and help them choose the best product for their needs.
- To turn window shoppers into final purchasers, flip the script.
- Promote the company’s Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage customers to buy from them again.
- Be neat and tidy at all times; this relates to one’s attitude and level of knowledge.
- Have up-to-date product knowledge and make sure there’s little stock loss; be flexible to work long hours during the sale.
- The ability to work longer hours as needed throughout the sale is a must.
Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant
- Maintain all stock norms on clearance and follow all VM requirements to arrange and display inventory in a way that attracts clients and complies with standard layout standards.
- Keep track of the inventory’s inbound and outbound movements and update the related report.
- Efficiently manage the Point of Sale (POS) system and billing counter;
- Ensure proper handling of cash and credit card transactions;
- Correctly issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers;
- Process payments made by cash, credit card, voucher, or automatic debit;
- Maintain constant awareness and vigilance regarding store security;
- Be flexible to work various shifts and overtime as needed by the business follow standard operating procedures and loss prevention policies
