Job Duties and Summary:

• Oversee activities in the laundry department
• Lead the laundry crew, instruct them, and help them grow
• Keep track of and order all cleaning and linen supplies in accordance with the Business and Events calendar.
• Maintain minimal stock losses by controlling monthly stock levels and completing monthly stock takes.
• Oversee weekly stock orders to guarantee inventory parity
• Prepares purchase orders in accordance with company requirements and projections, and settles bills.
• Resolve customer service concerns efficiently
• Coordinate with vendors to secure competitive pricing on high-quality goods
• Handle requests for capital equipment, budgets, and projections
• Make sure everyone on the team follows all safety rules.
• The hotel’s management may assign you any legitimate assignment.
