Salary Finance Assistant job:

  • AED 20-25 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

  • Verification and processing of invoices
  • Assist with bookkeeping and administrative tasks to guarantee all monetary dealings adhere to UAE VAT rules.
  • Monthly/quarterly VAT returns to be prepared, verified, and sent.
  • Responsibility for managing VAT accounts (both payable and receivable) and ensuring timely collections/payments in accordance with UAE rules and regulations.
  • Prepare financial reports and account statements, including but not limited to VAT obligations, VAT returns, regulatory reports and filings, by collecting, verifying, and analyzing relevant financial data.
  • Coordinating directly with suppliers to resolve billing issues
  • Cost sharing and payment processing with vendors.
  • Verify the status of invoices and payments.
  • Keeping accurate income records and providing cost
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Keeping management reports current and accurate
  • Talking to different people by email, phone, etc.
  • Contribute to monthly accounting and planning
