Salary Food & Beverage Coordinator job:

• AED 20-30 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• In your capacity as Coordinator, you will be in charge of a wide variety of secretarial and administrative tasks, including handling sensitive information, in order to keep the food and beverage department running smoothly. Essential duties will include:
• Every day, sort incoming mail, evaluate it briefly, and answer appropriately.
• Simple interpretation of documents and letters can be prepared upon request in addition to writing and preparing routine correspondence.
• Various reports and papers need to be prepared, assembled, and distributed.
• Set up a number of gatherings and record their outcomes.
• Make sure that everyone gets the information they need by acting as an administrative go-between.
• Coordinate business trips and other responsibilities as needed
• For the purpose of maintaining the highest possible level of service consistent with all Anantara offerings

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Diploma or Certificate.
• Prior work experience in the hotel sector preferred.
• The function rooms need to prepared in plenty of time before the event.
• To show up to mandatory pre-service briefings and handle personal hygiene on your own
• The hotel’s operational equipment must be well-maintained and cared for.
• To generate and pursue business referrals and prospective sales leads in order to optimize hotel revenue; act as a sales champion for the establishment. Care for prospective customers who drop by without an appointment or who ask for an inspection requires strong
• collaboration with sales professionals.
• To coordinate efforts with coworkers across all divisions to maintain efficient operations and prompt service.
• In terms of guest service, operation management, personal discipline, and grooming, familiarize oneself with and abide by all hotel
• regulations and standard operating procedures.
