• Housekeeping Attendant

Salary Housekeeping Attendant:

• AED 20-30 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• As per the hotel’s brand guidelines, maintain consistently excellent operating standards in all areas of housekeeping and laundry.
• Keeping an eye on the cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism of the whole housekeeping and laundry crew while also encouraging them to work together is a top priority.
• Offer first-rate service to all patrons
• Supervises housekeeping on the ground level and is actively involved in managing room availability and release for guest service.
• Oversees the Housekeeping department’s controls, including, but not limited to, staff rotation, master key release, incident reporting, and the procurement, storage, and disposal of uniforms and linens.
• This person is in charge of making sure that guests’ preferences and wishes are promptly fulfilled by verifying their information in the CRM system every day.
• Send flowers to celebrate a significant occasion (wedding, funeral, new baby, etc.). In addition to stitching unique linens (wedding and pampering)
• Monthly contributions and Lost and Found are handled by Control.
• Ensures smooth flow of information and personnel within the department. Releasing laundry linens on a daily basis
• Releases visitors’ garments from the laundry service each day.
• Performs laundry expenditure closing and provision on a monthly basis.
• Covers for (a) the Laundry Attendant when they are out due to vacation, sick, or holidays

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Making plans and arranging
• Skilled communicator with a background in laundry
• Effective communication abilities
• Computer savvy to an intermediate level; proficient in Microsoft Office and other software; dedicated to providing excellent customer service
• Exceptional cleanliness standards
