Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Maintain the utmost level of cleanliness while paying close attention to detail.
• Evaluate spaces in accordance with established principles
• Responsibility for the upkeep of individual rooms and their cleanliness. Notifying the Engineering department of any problems in the rooms
• Maintain high levels of morale and output via continuous communication, training, and development. Such as counselling sessions, performance evaluations, and plans for improvement
• Mentor staff members and foster an atmosphere that values collaboration and praise by setting a good example yourself.
• Propose and execute plans to enhance service delivery by eliminating red tape and maximising efficiency.
• Collaboration across all divisions, with an emphasis on Engineering, the Front Desk, and the Food and Beverage Service.
• Take an active role in achieving sustainable operations by participating in the hotel’s environmental programme and department-specific initiatives.
• Welfare and Security thoughtful and enthusiastic about fostering a risk-free workplace. Consistently monitor health and safety practices, make sure everyone is following the rules, and equip your coworkers with the information they need to do their jobs without incident.
• Take part in and actively support the goals of housekeeping and the hotel’s mission.
• Provides unwaveringly superior service to all customers, both internal and external.
• Providing a hand with room preparation as required

Eligibility Criteria/About the Applicant

• Having worked in the hospitality industry for a minimum of one to two years
• Competence in being professional and accommodating while also being able to foresee and meet the demands of guests.
• Superb time management and organisational abilities.
