Salary Kitchen Supervisor job:

• AED 20-30 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Oversaw testing, presentation, and cleanliness standards for food.
• Answerable for the profitability and expense of food.
• Make sure that everyone on the kitchen crew is well-informed and has received enough training on all business S.O.P.
• Priority number one should be keeping the kitchen clean.
• Checks food for consistency with recipes by tasting, smelling, and watching preparation.
• Inspect the kitchen helpers’ commissories for violations of health and safety regulations.
• All food in stock must be organized and rotated by the kitchen supervisor, who is also responsible for taking inventory.
• On a frequent basis, he verifies the quality and freshness of the food inventory.
• The person responsible for creating the timetable for the regular cleaning, trash pickup, and equipment maintenance is the kitchen supervisor.
• A Kitchen Supervisor’s responsibility includes investigating and resolving customer complaints regarding food service or quality.
• He calls a meeting of the staff to discuss how to prevent future complaints of this kind.
