• All systems maintenance must be recorded, complete records must be kept, and spare aircraft parts must be ordered.
• Be available at all times if an engineer is in charge of maintenance, repair, and operation.
• Manages the creation, testing, and refinement of state-of-the-art assembly methods
• Manufacturing Process Definition, Requirements Analysis, New Process/Equipment Needs, Problem Solving, and Improvement Implementation is one of the other duty as well.

Job Requirements or Eligibility Criteria

Job requirements or eligibility criteria that the candidate has to meet are as follows:

• Possess an Aircraft Engineer Certificate of Competency (B1 Category) from CASA or its New Zealand equivalent; A320 and B737 Aircraft Type Ratings are a plus.
• Possess a solid track record of managing one’s time and directing others productively.
• Proven skill in both independent and team settings.
• Ability to work 40 or more hours a week is essential.
• Capable of working shifts around the clock.
