Job Duties and Summary:

• Typically, a supervisor’s duties include receiving, storing, and distributing things as well as managing and supervising inventory and supplies.
• It is my responsibility to maximize our warehouse’s productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Managing employees at
• the warehouse on a daily basis is your responsibility.
• Participate in the growth and achievement of Schenker LLC’s overarching objectives as an integral member of the operations team.
• To play an active role in helping the client achieve its agreed-upon operational goals.
• Ensure the timely and secure delivery of items by supervising their transfer between warehouse locations.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• The process of receiving, storing, and shipping commodities should be planned, coordinated, and monitored.
• Make sure that materials are delivered on schedule and that orders are processed efficiently.
• Maintain tight supervision over order picking, goods in, and goods out processes to guarantee precision and minimal stock damage caused by handling.
• Schedule, oversee, and handle stock takes on a regular basis.
• Direct the follow-up process and address customer complaints.
• Find mistakes and remove their causes by implementing strong countermeasures.
• Continue with the measures to fix the problem so it doesn’t happen again.
• Reduce operating spending year after year by delivering efficiencies.
• Maintain strict adherence to all applicable processes and procedures in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the organization.
• Establish management and warehousing procedures in accordance with best practices and a commitment to continual development in close collaboration with the shift manager.
• In order to maintain consistent customer service and make quantitative and qualitative improvements to the operation, it is important to monitor and assess operational techniques.
• Full operational capacity and daily targets are guaranteed through control of MHE management.
