Job Duties and Summary:

• Politely and professionally greet all patients and visitors.
• Organize incoming calls, respond to questions, and transfer calls to the right people.
• Make sure the reception area is always neat and orderly.
• Use our clinic management system to set up and confirm appointments for patients.
• Help the physiotherapists plan their patients’ appointments so that everyone gets the most out of the clinic’s resources.
• Give patients detailed information regarding the services, treatments, and appointment process.
• Help patients fill out the required paperwork and documents.
• Kindly and discreetly respond to patients’ questions and concerns.
• In accordance with healthcare rules, protect the confidentiality of patients.
• Provide support in keeping patient records up-to-date and accurate.
• File, enter data, and make copies are all examples of fundamental administrative duties.
• Help out with the day-to-day running of the clinic by working together with other employees.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• It would be an asset if you have worked as a receptionist or customer service representative before.
• Superb people abilities in both verbal and nonverbal expression.
• Proficient in organizing and juggling multiple tasks at once.
• Computer savvy with experience with MS Office and other common office programs.
• It is an advantage if you are familiar with medical language.
