- AED 20-30 per hour
Job Duties and Summary:
- Politely and professionally greet all patients and visitors.
- Organize incoming calls, respond to questions, and transfer calls to the right people.
- Make sure the reception area is always neat and orderly.
- Use our clinic management system to set up and confirm appointments for patients.
- Help the physiotherapists plan their patients’ appointments so that everyone gets the most out of the clinic’s resources.
- Give patients detailed information regarding the services, treatments, and appointment process.
- Help patients fill out the required paperwork and documents.
- Kindly and discreetly respond to patients’ questions and concerns.
- In accordance with healthcare rules, protect the confidentiality of patients.
- Provide support in keeping patient records up-to-date and accurate.
- File, enter data, and make copies are all examples of fundamental administrative duties.
- Help out with the day-to-day running of the clinic by working together with other employees.
Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant
- It would be an asset if you have worked as a receptionist or customer service representative before.
- Superb people abilities in both verbal and nonverbal expression.
- Proficient in organizing and juggling multiple tasks at once.
- Computer savvy with experience with MS Office and other common office programs.
- It is an advantage if you are familiar with medical language.
