• AED 20-30 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Promotes consistent name identification of guests through polite, professional interaction.
• Provides a fallback option wherever possible when a desired service is not accessible.
• Be present at the front desk at all times so that you can greet visitors.
• Know everything there is to know about the Banyan Tree Spa, so you can provide helpful suggestions and upsell additional spa treatments and spa items.
• Maintains a level of professionalism, courtesy, and politeness when answering the phone, as required by the hotel.
• Maintains an accurate booking system for Spa services and accepts reservations from guests in accordance with established policies.
• Ensure that all cashiering duties are carried out in accordance with hotel’s accounting rules.
• Takes charge and makes independent decisions to resolve small complaints from guests in an effort to boost satisfaction.
• Sends high-level complaints from guests up the chain of command to be resolved as soon as possible.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Customer service experience, ideally in a spa or similar environment.
• Effective verbal and social abilities.
• Exceptional capacity for planning and detail orientation.
• Proficiency in using reservation software and basic computer abilities.
• Competence in working under pressure and in a time crunch.
• Possessing familiarity with spa treatments and wares is desirable.
