Job Duties and Summary:

• Using the SAP and CMMS systems to receive replacement components and verify their authenticity by comparing packing slips with stock and parts receipts
• Make sure that all commodities are properly labelled and stored in the relevant areas.
• Provide assistance with scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, breakdown parts, and the resupply of components at satellite store locations (cabinets).

• Make sure that parts are bought and restocked according to the quantities defined in the SAP and CMMS systems by running inventory reports daily or weekly.
• To keep stock accuracy at all times, perform physical inventory inspections at least three times every month.
• According to the Kanban method, make sure that all tools, lubricants, and consumables are well-stocked.
• Wait for external suppliers to provide mould tools and larger stock items.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Optimism, dedication, and the capacity to follow directions are all necessary qualities.
• Capable of safely working at heights, handling boxes weighing 15-20 kg manually, and implementing all necessary safety procedures.
• Extreme precision and focus on customer service; meticulousness in all aspects of work.
• Excellent timeliness and ability to handle one’s time wisely.
