Job Duties and Summary:

• Teaching Assistant has at least two years of experience and training in British primary schools.
• Required prior job experience in Early Childhood and/or Primary
• Capacity to facilitate the implementation of a specialized curriculum designed to meet the needs of the students Capacity to implement innovative instructional strategies
• Possibility of fostering innovative classroom settings
• Capacity to Back Education Plans When They’re Put Into Action
• Having a well-defined educational philosophy
• Capable of interacting and communicating effectively with others
• Able to identify and explain the underlying reasons of problematic behaviors and advocate for the use of appropriate behavior management techniques
• Superior knowledge of how to facilitate the learning of alphabet letters, counting, and basic addition and subtraction
• Requires a spouse or parent to sponsor
