Job Duties and Summary:

• Clear grasp of the Curriculum.
• Putting together exhibits and organizing classroom supplies to foster an upbeat and stimulating atmosphere conducive to learning.
• session planning, preparation, and delivery that addresses the requirements of students across the spectrum of ability in the classroom.
• Inspiring students with engaging and interesting lessons.
• Assessing students in a manner consistent with scholastic evaluations.
• Adjusting the classroom’s setup, lesson plans, and pedagogy based on what’s been learned via introspection.
• Having consultations with various specialists as needed; this may include speech therapists, OTs, and school psychologists.
• Make sure that the DNA of both teachers and students is reflected in the lessons.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Taking charge of a group’s development as a learning unit.
• Using Target Tracker as intended for collecting and documenting student growth data.
• Making decisions about future planning, provision, and intervention based on evaluation results.
• Sharing information about a student’s development with their caretakers through conferences and other means

• Inspire, motivate, and challenge students by successfully leading lessons that take into account their individual requirements.
• Maintain strict behavioral standards and encourage students to think for themselves.
