Job Duties and Summary:

  • Giving a lot of help behind the scenes
  • Providing prompt, polite responses to phone calls and email inquiries
  • Putting together slideshows or reports
  • Scheduling and reserving conference halls
  • File administration
  • Create, review, and correct paperwork
  • Typical office work and administrative responsibilities

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

  • Years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in the financial, legal, or professional services industries is preferred.
  • You must be a UAE resident; applications from other countries will not be considered.
  • The position is in Dubai.
  • Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superior abilities in analysis, communication, and presentation.
  • Participant in teamwork Superb organizational abilities
  • Friendly, dependable, and competent
