Job Duties and Summary:

• The host is responsible for keeping all inventory in an ordered state and checking it regularly. If there are any shortages, they must inform the warehouse leadership.
• Verify quantities and report inconsistencies; match sales orders/transfer documents with orders.
• Ability to handle forklifts, pickers, and other heavy equipment safely is required; training will be given.
• Keep up a regular schedule with little oversight by focusing intently and paying close attention to detail.
• The host is obligated to adhere to all inventory control policies and processes, which encompass receiving, price tagging, processing
• paperwork, conducting audits, transferring products, and placing orders.
• Act courteously and professionally at all times while representing the Dollywood Company to customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Maintains a good work atmosphere and backs up teammates with words, actions, and conduct that line with the locations’ budgeted profit.
• Picks up and drops off packages as needed to support the warehouse delivery staff.
• Assists in the transportation, replenishment, and setup of inventory at merchandise and game venues on Dollywood facilities.
• Efficiently follows all operational policies and procedures related to merchandise, and strictly follows all safety guidelines. Notifies their supervisor right away of any safety concern.
• Through the use of communication boards and binders, the host stays abreast of all business and divisional communications.
• Always backs and acts in a way that reflects our company’s values, mission, and vision.
• Preserve the confidentiality of our clients and employees, including maintaining PCI compliance.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• You need to be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum requirement: completion of high school.
• I would prefer someone with experience working in sales or a warehouse.
• Preference given to those with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, report generation, printing, and inventory management software.
• A current driver’s license and evidence of motor liability insurance are required.
• Possess a clean driving record and pass a pre-employment background check.
