  • Manage the sanitation department’s power equipment.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

  • Adaptability in terms of both work schedule and responsibilities.
  • Custodial cleaning supplies knowledge is helpful.
  • Capacity to reach and raise up to 100 pounds of cleaning supplies and work aides, with an average lift weight of 25 pounds.
  • Capable of lifting and moving large floor cleaning equipment, as well as standing for lengthy periods of time on concrete floors (up to ten hours a day, per shift, if necessary).
  • Capacity to fulfill all additional physical requirements of the job, including the ability to bend, crouch, and twist often.
