Salary Applications Sales Representative job:

• QAR 20-25 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Creating a stream of potential customers for our Primavera, Unifier, and Aconex systems and accessories.
• Converting leads into sales and reaching annual sales goals through working with sales consultant team and direct contact with potential customers.
• Use your knowledge of the client’s business to recommend our technological service solutions.
• Creating and updating a sales projection while keeping promises
• Cooperation and lead generating with the business development and marketing departments
• Engage in executive-level prospecting and relationship building
• Plan and manage all client and prospect interactions.
• preserve constant communication with customers to increase sales and preserve positive relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, create an executive closing strategy, and close deals in a timely and effective manner.
• Sales associates are the face of the organization while interacting with current and potential customers.
• Generate bids and estimates in line with established sales and pricing policies.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Successfully selling On-Premise and SaaS-delivered software systems into the construction industry.
• Experience with a reseller, partner, or implementer in Oracle’s Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit (CEGBU) is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with owner operators is also desirable. In addition, using EPC contractors (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)
• Proven track record of senior-level success serving the business needs of customers through direct experience working within customer organizations
• Cooperation with clients in directing them to our service and in articulating their needs to higher-ups in the company
• Superb abilities in the areas of selling, negotiating, communicating, presenting, and writing
• Capacity to work with little to no direction or oversight
• Being a Qatari citizen or having prior job experience there is also an advantage.
• Organizational brilliance and a methodical approach
• Prior work experience in the construction business is preferred, especially in the areas of bid preparation and commercial procurement.
• Participant in team efforts; excellent communicator and team player
• Superior ability to interact with potential clients and close sales.
• An undergraduate degree is expected.
