Job Duties and Summary:

• As soon as the shift begins, the team member will examine the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies needed to do the job assigned, ensure that the necessary PPE is in place, and get ready to fulfill their duties.
• Enter orders, plan work and production, oversee and train staff, receive, store, and stock things, verify dates, adjust pricing for items going out of code, and do any and all duties required by the department.
• Unload milk truck, carry pallets to cooler, and unload pallets.
• Stock the U-boat, take it to the dairy, stock the shelves, and remove the expired stuff.
• Restock frozen goods by transporting the U-boat from receiving or the freezer to the aisles, unloading the U-boat, opening the freezer door, and restocking.
• Carton boxes can be flattened with a hammer or a knife, and the U-boat can be taken to the bailer.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• You need a valid work visa to join our team.
• Staff turnover: constant peak
• Pull or carry: 50 lbs.
• Those who stand 55% of the time, 0% of the time, and 45% of the time who stroll
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• The maximum static pull weight is 20 pounds.
• Team members are expected to read the policy and procedure manual and the team member
• handbook in full and become familiar with the company’s policies and practices.
• Learn the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for everything you use on the job.
• Lockout/Tagout training is mandatory and must be used.
• Required to take and pass Confined Space instruction.
• Required to learn about the Right to Know Act.
