Job Duties and Summary:

• Blend and present beverages.
• Before selling alcohol, make sure the customer’s age is at least the legal drinking age by checking their identification.
• Make change, take payments, and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Keep the lounge/bar area stocked with supplies.
• Keep an eye out for customers who appear to be under the influence of alcohol and make judgments in accordance with the protocols set out by the Food and Beverage Management.
• New wait staff and bartenders need training.
• The pantry and the lounge should be kept clean at all times.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned or as asked for by the manager of food and beverage.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Extended durations of standing, lifting, and/or travelling.
• Every part of this position calls for a firm but easy grip.
• Competent in handling high-pressure circumstances and working quickly.
• Possess the ability to remain seated or on your feet for extended durations.
• Demands an air of polished professionalism.
• Observes good hygiene practices while on the job.
• Work schedules can be flexible.
• Responds to a high volume of work interruptions while serving both internal and external clients.
• Needs good eyesight, which includes near, far, and peripheral vision.
• Must have excellent hearing.
