Job Duties and Summary:
- Collaborate with coworkers in an atmosphere of mutual regard and strive to provide outstanding service.
- In order to cook, gather all of the fresh ingredients as directed on the menu or recipe.
- Verify that items are cooked to the correct temperature by testing them.
- Responsible and safe operation of kitchen equipment
- Keep all surfaces and storage containers clean and sanitary.
Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant
- Working at a high-end hotel or resort for a year in a comparable role
- One must possess a broad understanding of cuisine
- Applicants should well-versed in public speaking
- Have strong interpersonal abilities.
- A positive attitude and the ability to tackle any challenge
- Head-on are essential qualities in an excellent candidate.
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- A degree or diploma in culinary arts or hotel management is preferred.
