Job Duties and Summary:

• Perform perimeter patrols and keep watch in hallways, buildings, and towers while under the supervision of a more seasoned corrections worker.
• Help keep tally of prisoners.
• Master the art of filing official written reports of rule infractions.
• Assist with inmate visitations under the supervision of an experienced correctional employee.
• Assist with hospital visits and inmate transports as needed.
• Able to express oneself clearly
• Ability to observe
• Focus Ability to meet tight deadlines
