Salary Executive Housekeeper job:

• QAR 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Manage the cleaning staff
• Keep an eye on the washing machine
• Determine the current level of guest satisfaction and track any trends for the purpose of making improvements.
• Maintain efficient stock and cost controls, as well as well-managed schedules, to stay within the allocated departmental budget.
• Establish goals, timelines, budgets, and policies for the department.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about all room types and amenities for your team.
• Always keep an open line of communication and a positive attitude with guests, employees, and outside vendors in all hotel departments.
• Verify that personnel levels meet the needs of the company
• Consistent training should be provided. Hold regular communication sessions and make sure to generate minutes after each one.
• Oversee employee performance reviews in accordance with established business policy
• Recruit, supervise, educate, and cultivate a housekeeping and laundry crew versed in property management software.
• Help out other divisions as needed

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Have worked as a housekeeper or laundry manager for at least three years in a hotel, leisure, or retail setting; demonstrated ability to lead a big team
• At least a diploma from an accredited high school
• Able to keep costs in check and a keen eye for business
• Proven ability to lead, communicate effectively, and oversee a department or financial account
• Dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients
• Capacity to multitask Fluency in information technology
• Superb personal hygiene practices
• Able to adapt to various job scenarios
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software, at the intermediate level
• Extensive experience managing projects, finances, and problems
• Powerful verbal and written expression
• An enthusiasm for providing outstanding service to guests
