Job Duties and Summary:
- The completion of all departmental checklists (both opening and closure), the initiation of any necessary follow-up action, and the proper filing of all forms and records
- Helping with inquiries and problems from customers, both internal and external, that go beyond the responsibilities of their immediate coworkers
- To lend a hand with stocking, ordering, and managing food and drink items.
- To optimize production while ensuring the well-being of coworkers through scheduling breaks and, if necessary, rotating them relatively.
- In order to efficiently oversee the group
Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant
- Having a diploma or degree in food and beverage from high school
- Prior work experience of at least two years in a five-star hotel
- Certificate for Food Safety
- Assisted in a high-pressure setting
- Possessing outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in English is a plus for Arabic speakers.
- Works well with others
