Job Duties and Summary:

• Begin a conversation with each visitor.
• Improve your customers’ shopping experiences by making smart product recommendations and accommodating their purchases.
• Offer free samples and demonstrations of your goods.
• Don’t put out anything that doesn’t look and taste well.
• Demonstrate knowledge and practice of safe food handling.
• Adhere to prescribed practices for merchandising, stock, rotation, and storage.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance at all times on the job.
• Help the store make money by using good judgment while dealing with cash and according to the rules set forth by the register.
• Be sure to stick to stock and inventory guidelines.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Individually accountable for professional development outside the scope of formal instruction.
• Master and display all GIANT Company and Starbucks product and behavior standards.
• Barista and/or management experience is a plus.
• You need a valid work visa to join our team.
• Must have valid identification.
• Employees are expected to maintain consistent attendance in addition to other job requirements set by the organization.
• Having a strong emphasis on customers, excellent people skills, and a food handling certifications are all desirable.
