Salary Line Maintenance job:

• QAR 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Performs inspections and testing to see how well something works or how well it was made.
• Maintains aircraft systems by adjusting, aligning, and calibrating them with the aid of hand tools, gauges, and test equipment.
• Checks for damage or leaks in engines or other machinery.
• Examines components for signs of damage, such as wear and warping, by taking them apart.
• Uses both hand tools and power tools to assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural parts and accessories.
• Maintenance including filter cleaning, filter greasing, filter greasing, component lubrication, and brake inspection.
• Performs maintenance on structural and functional components and pieces of aircraft, including the wings, fuselage, rigging, and hydraulic units, and replaces or rebuilds as necessary.
• Uses diagnostic tools and a keen ear for engine noises to check for and identify engine problems.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Minimum of 5+ years of job-related/Aircraft Maintenance experience (including apprenticeship), such as a Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, a Trade or vocational aircraft maintenance certification, or a Degree (B.Eng., BSc., or equivalent) in aircraft engineering.
• Expertise in the fundamentals of aviation maintenance as they pertain to his field of work.
• Competence in using established methods, tools, and machinery to create a wide range of products.
• Putting in place something like machinery, wiring, or software so that it works as intended.
• Managing the functioning of machines and other structures
